• Offer is valid for new patients only.

•  The Offer entitles an individual to one visit for simple scaling and polishing (supra gingival) performed by a dentist or hygienist at SE9 Dental Care.

•  Offer is subject to status and availability.

•  The offer can be used by the individual only on one occasion for one appointment.

•  Appointment can be changed by giving more than 24 hours’ notice. Only one change of appointment is allowed.

•  Failure to attend a booked appointment or cancelling the appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will invalidate the offer fee of £49.99 and the regular fee of £95 will be payable in advance to rebook
